The lake house is located in a quiet neighborhood, off the main road, on the west-side shore of Lake Placid. Unique property has lots of privacy (no next-door neighbors) and a great view of the lake. The house is across the street from the lake and sits about 200 feet away from the deeded beach access. Private beach is shared by homeowners on our small street and is never crowded. You may anchor your fishing or ski boat for the day or overnight and run up to the house for lunch or bathroom breaks. The beach is great for setting up beach chairs to catch some rays or play in the water. The boat ramp is just about a mile down the road. The main living space is located upstairs in this two-story house. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a private half bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a view of the lake. The third bedroom is set up as the "kids' room" with two twin beds. There is a full bathroom upstairs in the hallway as well as an additional full bathroom downstairs; accessed from the main screened-in patio.
